Private Dance Lessons
Our instructors will guide you along for any dance goal you would like to accomplish. They are prepared to help you survive that wedding or any social function that may be quickly approaching.
Whether you plan to just have more fun, or take your new hobby to the competition floor, our instructors are fully equipped to make all your dancing dreams come true.
One private dance lesson is 50 minutes long and cost $85. You can choose to purchase a package of dance lessons for a discount or purchase a single 30-minute dance lesson for $45. You can expect the same great instruction regardless of your method of purchasing private lessons.
You can take your private dance lesson as a couple, individual or family. Let your instructor know your goals, and we’ll guide you along the right path.
Dances We Teach
American Style Smooth: Foxtrot, Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz
American Style Rhythm: Rumba, Cha Cha, East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing, Mambo, Bolero, Samba, Merengue
International Style: Quick Step, Paso Doble
Country Western Style: Two Step
Social Style: Kizomba, Bachata, Salsa, Hustle, Argentine Tango
Pick your styles of dance and let your instructor know what you’re interested in learning. Don’t worry if you’re not sure, because your instructor will know what dances are best to start with depending on your goals.
Choose Your Private Dance Lesson Focus
Social Dancing
Many students are looking for social dancing. This means they just want to survive any type of dance environment they may encounter; i.e clubs, holiday parties, corporate functions, weddings etc. This category includes the individuals and couples that simply want to learn to dance as a new hobby and/or prepare for a special function.
Wedding
Let us help you do more than the old ‘clutch and sway’ at your reception. We specialize in bride and groom, mother and son, father and daughter dances. We can help with everything from how to escort onto the floor, the dancing in the middle (which can be simple or elaborate), the dip ending, and how to escort off the dance floor.
Routine
Routines consist of choreographed moves to a particular song and dance. Dancing a routine will develop showmanship and confidence.
Competition
We prepare the serious student for competitions. Preparing for competition will give you a focus to achieve higher skill levels on every lesson. You’ll be competing against other dancers of your age and dance level.

Dance Parties
Every Friday Night from 7:30pm to 9:30pm. View our Monthly Calendar to see the available Dance Parties to attend.
This is a chance to practice your new skills in a party atmosphere. The Friday Dance Party is free to weekly private lesson students. Otherwise, the cost is $10 per person. The Friday Dance Party is open to the public.
Stardust Juniors and Teens
Group Classes Tuesdays @ 1 to 3pm, Wednesdays @ 4pm, Fridays @ 3pm to 5pm. View our Monthly Calendar to see the available Group Classes to attend for your Juniors and Teens.
We offer 50-minute group classes for children and teens, ages 7 to 14. The cost is just $15 per child/per month. This is a great way to introduce your children to dance. If you have a child that shows a more serious interest in dance or struggles with group class, we would recommend private dance lessons, to further their skills. As a private dance lesson student your child can attend the group classes and practice parties for free.

I can’t begin to say how wonderful Michael has been. Morgan has and is still learning so much! Michael is kind and has a lot of patience. He makes ballroom dancing fun and entertaining! This school is for all ages and all levels. Highly recommended!!

“Learned more about proper hold, posture, and basic technique in one lesson with Michael than from any other instructors. Michael has a warm, patient, encouraging instructional style. Our interests in specific dances come first. He explains steps and timing in a way that is easily understood by newbies. Mistakes are gently corrected. We never feel intimidated by either the content or his coaching. We are having fun with this!”

Tessa and Michael are super! We first started to learn a routine for our wedding. We learnt the routine, got married and decided to keep dancing because we came to find, we actually enjoy it and want to better our skills.
